PUMPKIN SQUARES 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 can pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, oil, pumpkin. Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt. Add and stir until blended. Bake 25-30 minutes in 2 (9x13) pans.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners sugar

Mix until all ingredients are blended. Spread after squares are cool.
