TONI'S CHOCOLATE NUT DROPS 
1 c. shortening
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
4 squares chocolate, melted
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour (or more)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream shortening and brown sugar; add vanilla, eggs, melted chocolate, and milk, continuing to mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from sheet, cool, then frost.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
2 lb. powdered sugar
8 tsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. milk
Dash of salt
1/2 c. milk

Mix together and spread on Nut Drops.
