DOT'S DEVIL DROP COOKIES | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled 2 c. flour, sifted 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. sour cream 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add chocolate. Stir in flour, soda and salt alternately with sour cream. Mix well. Stir in nuts. Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool and frost. FROSTING: 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. sugar 5 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. milk Boil sugar, milk and butter 1 minute. Take off heat; add chips. Beat until frosting consistency. |
