1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
3 oz. baking chocolate
1/4 c. coffee
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Ready-to-spread chocolate frosting

Cream together butter, brown sugar and egg. Melt chocolate with coffee; cool and add to creamed mixture. Sift together flour, soda and salt; add to chocolate mixture alternately with sour cream. Mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto greased cookies sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in 375 degree oven. Cool. Frost with chocolate frosting.
