Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix 1 cup crushed nuts and 1 cup coconut. Shake in pan to spread evenly. Mix 1 package Duncan Hines German Chocolate Cake Mix by directions on package. Pour over nuts and coconut.

Melt 2 sticks butter. Add 1 box powdered sugar and 8 ounce softened cream cheese. Mix and pour over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
