1 c. coconut
9 x 13 inch pan
1 c. nuts

Spread coconut and nuts on bottom of pan. Mix cake mix and pour over coconuts and nuts. Melt 1 stick of butter and 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese. Cream this with a box of confectioners' sugar and pour over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
