FROSTED CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1 c. water
1 c. butter
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 3 ingredients; bring to a boil. Mix flour and sugar. Add chocolate liquid. Add beaten eggs. Add milk, baking soda and vanilla. Spread onto greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Frost immediately.

FROSTING: Boil milk, cocoa and butter. Add sugar and vanilla, stir until smooth.
