2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 to 1/2 c. catsup
4 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch strips
1/2 to 1 c. raw onions, chopped
1 tbsp. white vinegar

Combine ingredients in order listed. Place in 1-quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. Variation: Cut 6 hot dogs in 1/8-inch slices and mix in casserole before baking. Excellent warmed over!
