SHARP CHEDDAR POTATO BAKE | |
Delicious with baked ham, roast beef, or breaded pork chops! 6 medium Russet potatoes, peeled, boiled, and cubed 1 cup mayonnaise (no substitutions) 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer mixture to an ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish and bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 45 minutes. Submitted by: Carol |
