BACON CHEDDAR BURGER BAKED
POTATOES
 
1 lb. ground beef
6 slices bacon
6 potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Wash potatoes then use a fork to punch holes on one side. Bake directly on oven rack with holes facing up at 350°F for about 45 minutes.

While potatoes are baking, brown ground beef in skillet and fry bacon to desired crispness.

When potatoes are done baking, cut each one open as you would preparing baked potatoes. Crumble bacon and mix thoroughly with ground beef, pile on ground beef & crumbled bacon mixture, top with cheddar cheese, sprinkle with salt and pepper then return to oven for about 5 minutes for cheese to melt.
