BACON CHEDDAR MASHED POTATOES 
Great side dish for kids!

6-10 potatoes (peeled)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 slices bacon (cooked hard but not burned)
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter (optional)
1/2 cup milk

Boil potatoes as directed for normal mashed potatoes. In a skillet fry bacon and set aside to cool. Also shred cheese if not shredded. Drain and mash potatoes. Set aside. Chop cooked bacon.

Add milk cheese and bacon to potatoes. Blend until smooth. Salt to your taste. Enjoy!
