MARINATED PORK LOAVES 
1 lb. ground pork
1 egg
1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Salt & pepper to taste

SAUCE:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients (except sauce ingredients). Mix well and form into 6 individual loaves. Place in greased casserole dish. Mix the 4 sauce ingredients and pour over the pork loaves. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Bake, covered for 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
