PORK CHOP MARINATE 
1 1/2 c. canola oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt & pepper
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder & minced onion

Put in blender or mixer and marinate overnight.
