POT LUCK HAMBURGER CHEESE BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese

Cook the noodles. Brown hamburger, peppers, onions and garlic. Stir in tomato sauce and oregano; set aside. Soften cream cheese; blend with sour cream and cottage cheese; mix well.

Place half of cooked noodles in a 13x9x2 pan. Cover with cheese mixture. Spread remaining noodles over top; now pour on the beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
