TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Chopped onion; optional
1 lb. tater tots
Salt and pepper to taste

Crumble beef in casserole. Spread peas over meat; spoon soup over peas. Add tater tots and dust with paprika. You can use green beans instead of peas. May use cheddar cheese, cream of chicken or celery soup. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
