| TATER TOT CASSEROLE | |

1 lb. hamburger meat 1 sm. onion 1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, or use reg. tomatoes with jalapeno peppers 1/2 c. milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. tater tots Press raw meat in casserole dish. Put slices onion on top of meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix tomatoes, milk, and soup together. Pour over top of meat and onion. Cover with tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. | |

Easy recipe but flavor was a little bland. Suggest adding onion soup mix or 1 teaspoon of pepper to ground beef before placing in bottom of pan. Simple to prepare, but we will make adjustments for flavor before we use this one again.
