PUMPKIN CUSTARD 
1 1/2 c. cooked, strained pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients in bowl. Pour into buttered (or butter) baking dish. Bake 45 minutes or until set. Serves 4 to 6. Delicious plain or with frozen vanilla yogurt.
