PUMPKIN CUSTARD PIE 
In blender, beat 2 eggs.

1 c. sugar
1 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. flour
1 can pumpkin

Add slowly 2 cups milk. Blend well. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in 425 degree oven.
