SQUASH CUSTARD 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 c. cooked squash
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg

Mix sugar, flour, salt and spice. Add squash, milk and egg. Pour into casserole dish. Microwave for 13 to 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
