APPLE CUSTARD PIE 
8 inch unbaked pie crust
2 c. apple sauce
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt

Mix applesauce, vanilla, eggs, brown sugar, orange juice, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Pour into pastry crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
