APPLE CUSTARD PIE 
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl beat sour cream, condensed milk, apple juice, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Cool; top with apple filling. Serve warm or chilled. Refrigerate.
