COLESLAW - HEART HEALTHY | |
3 tbsp. vegetable oil 3 c. shredded cabbage 1/2 c. shredded carrots 1/3 c. vinegar, warm 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. celery seeds In large bowl toss cabbage, oil and vinegar. Add remaining ingredients and toss again. Refrigerate. Serves 6. 90 calories each. |
