VEGETABLE DIP 
2/3 c. sour cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. Beau Monde (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Mix all ingredients together and serve with your favorite raw vegetables. This should be made ahead of time. It will keep for 2 weeks. It is also fun to hollow out a round pumpernickel bread and fill it with this dip. Then dip the inside pieces of bread.
