CHINESE HAMBURGER HASH 
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 lb. hamburger, crumbled and drained

Place meat in bowl. Mix well. Put in casserole and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees with lid and 1/2 hour without lid.
