CRACKER PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. coconut
2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. coarsely crushed saltines
1 tsp. vanilla

Add cinnamon or nutmeg as desired. Boil 1 minute, fold in 2 beaten egg whites. Pour into 9 x 13 inch casserole and chill before serving.
