FROSTED CREAM COOKIES 
1 c. molasses
1 c. butter
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. baking powder
3 egg yolks

Cream together butter and sugar; add molasses, egg yolks, cinnamon, baking soda and water. Sift together flour and baking powder, and mix well together. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

Combine these 3 ingredients (boil until threads) : 4 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. Karo syrup

Pour immediately over 3 beaten egg whites. Beat until smooth.
