CURRIED FRIED CHICKEN 
2 c. packaged pancake mix
1 tsp. curry
1 3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil
2 pkgs. (1 1/2 lbs. each) cut up frying chicken
Oil or shortening for frying

Blend the pancake mix and curry. Add milk, egg and oil. Beat until smooth. Dip chicken pieces into batter and drain well. Cook in deep hot fat. Drain.
