FRIED CURRY CHICKEN 
1 lb. chicken filet
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sake
2 tbsp. curry powder
3 tbsp. flour

Cut chicken into strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour sake over the chicken then sprinkle curry powder over the chicken. Dip the chicken into the flour and deep fry until golden brown. Serves 4 people.
