HAM STUFFED SHELLS 
15 stuffing shells
2 c. ham, cooked and diced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain. Combine ham, spinach, salt and pepper. Set aside.

In saucepan, melt butter. Add flour. Cook for 2 minutes. Add milk and bring to boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, salt and pepper. Stir sauce until smooth. Add 1/4 cup sauce to ham mixture. Mix well. Stuff shells with ham mixture.

Spoon 1/2 cup sauce on bottom of 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 3/4 inch pan. Arrange shells over sauce. Cover shells with remaining sauce. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup Swiss cheese over the shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese starts to brown. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
