CALIFORNIA ARTICHOKE SPREAD | |
15 oz. can water packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 6 1/2 oz. can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 2 oz. can green chilis 2 cloves garlic, pressed 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. sour cream 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients, except cheese; blend well. Spread into an ovenproof serving dish. Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips and salsa. Serves 4 to 6. |
