RANCH ARTICHOKE SPREAD 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
3/4 c. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
crackers or sliced French bread

Coarsely chop artichoke hearts and combine with dressing, sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Chill 30 minutes. Spread on crackers or sliced bread to serve.
