ARTICHOKE SPREAD | |
1 (1 lb.) can artichoke hearts, packed in water 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise Dash of garlic salt Use artichoke hearts packed in hearts. Do not use the kind packed in oil. Chop fine and drain well. Add cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. If it does not brown well during this time, put under broiler for a minute to brown lightly. Serve with crackers. |
