ARTICHOKE DIP OR SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream (opt. use low fat)
1 cup parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
1 can artichoke hearts (NOT MARINATED)

Mix and bake 20-30 minutes @ 350 oven. Serve with assorted crackers, Little Melba Rounds, etc.

I LOVE this recipe. I was looking for a HOT artichoke dip that used cream cheese and this one is great. The one thing I changed was I used artichoke BOTTOMS instead of hearts. They are a bit more expensive, but WAY more flavorful. Substitute 1 can, half finely chopped and half coarsely chopped.
