“BIG SYD'S FAMOUS ARTICHOKE DIP” IS IN:

BIG SYD'S FAMOUS ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 cups Parmesan cheese
2 boxes frozen spinach
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 boxes cream cheese
1 cup crushed pecans
1 can artichoke hearts
3 garlic cloves
1 cup Gorganzola cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
2/3 cup goat cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Defrost spinach.

Mix together cream cheese, Parmesan, and mayonnaise in a large bowl with electric mixer. Then, gently fold in pecans, Gorganzola cheese, artichokes, garlic, and spinach.

Place in a baking dish approximately 8"x13" inches.

Sporadically sprinkle bread crumbs over the top, allowing the dip to show through.

Then scatter the mozzarella on top, and top it off with chunks of goat cheese!

Leave in the oven until top is golden brown, then take out and serve.

Hi Beth,

Just add enough for a good layer over the top, as much as you like; an average size casserole dish would use about 1/2 cup.
