HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts drained and diced
1 small can diced mild green chilies
1 small bunch green onions diced
1 cup mayonnaise
hot sauce, to taste
1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

Heat in microwave until cheese is bubbly and hot all the way through.

Best served with packaged bagel or pita chips.
