HOT ARTICHOKE SPREAD 
1/2 c. low-fat mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (11 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese (Kraft or 4 c. work fine)
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Heat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, whisk together mayo and sour cream. Stir in artichoke hearts, cheese and Tabasco. Spoon into an ovenproof baking dish and bake 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers or French bread slices.

Makes 2 cups or 11 servings.
