BROCCOLI SALAD 
Dressing:

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. white vinegar

Salad:

1 bunch broccoli, cut up bite size
1/2 red onion, cut up
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and chopped
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix dressing ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

Mix salad and add dressing. Allow to sit for a few hours before serving.
