WILTED LETTUCE 
1 head leaf lettuce
1 bunch green onions
Apple cider vinegar
Sugar
Salt & pepper
1 lb. bacon

Wash and tear lettuce. Chop green onions. Place lettuce in bowl and add onions on top. Sprinkle 3 Tbsp. of sugar on top of salad mixture. Fry bacon. Let cool. Crumble bacon on top of salad mixture. Drain bacon grease out of frying pan. Add 2 Tbsp. of bacon grease to every 3 Tbsp. of vinegar. Heat until very bubbly; then pour over mixture and toss the salad. Add salt and pepper to taste.
