HOT CLAMS CASINO DIP 
Always a hit!

1 (6 oz.) can minced clams or fresh ones, if available
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 of a green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. Tabasco
3/4 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Mix clams with their juice and lemon juice in saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes. Combine butter, onion, green pepper, parsley, oregano, garlic and Tabasco. Add to clam mixture and bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing. Mixture should be moist.

Pour into shallow baking dish and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 15 minutes. Serve with Sociable Crackers or Wheat Thins.

Wonderful. Omitted the green pepper and used a bit of pepper flakes because we were out of Tabasco sauce. Easy to make and delicious.
