1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 c. nuts, chopped

Cook pudding as directed on the package and let cool. Mix in dry cake mix. Put morsels and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
