QUICK AND EASY LASAGNA 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 lg. chopped onion
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. Ricotta cheese (I prefer rinsed and drained cottage cheese)
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
8-10 dry lasagna noodles
8 oz. shredded American or other yellow full flavor cheese
1 c. water

Brown hamburger, garlic and onion (drain off all grease). Add spaghetti sauce and heat well.

In greased 9x13 pan, place layer of 1/3 meat mixture, then layer of 4 or 5 lasagna noodles, layer of meat mixture, layer of Mozzarella, layer of Parmesan cheese, layer of cottage cheese. Repeat layers from dry lasagna noodles. You will have two layers, ending with a layer of yellow cheese. Carefully pour 1/4 cup water in each corner of pan. Cover tightly with tin foil. Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and cook an additional 20 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. (This is great. Enjoy!)
