QUICK AND EASY LASAGNA | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 jar Prego or Ragu Spaghetti Sauce 16 oz. container cottage cheese 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 8 lasagna noodles Cook lasagna noodles per package directions. While those are cooking, brown hamburger until well, drain off excess fat, and add spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly with vegetable spray oil. Line bottom of dish with 4 noodles (cutting to fit where necessary). Spread 1/2 of the cottage cheese on top of the noodles, then 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce mix on top of the cottage cheese. Sprinkle 1/2 of the combined shredded cheeses on top of the sauce. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes - 1 hour. |
