QUICK LASAGNA | |
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Mozzarella cheese 1 lb. cottage cheese 1 lg. jar Ragu or Prego spaghetti sauce 2 eggs Lasagna noodles Brown meat; drain. Add sauce and simmer 15 minutes. Mix cottage cheese with eggs, layer uncooked lasagna, meat sauce, cottage cheese, then Mozzarella. Continue until all is used. Add one cup water, cover tightly with foil and cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and cook 15 minutes. Let cool before serving. |
