QUICK AND SIMPLE LASAGNA 
2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce (31 oz. size)
2 c. dry cottage cheese
10 to 11 dry lasagna noodles
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. red wine or you may use all water

Brown ground beef. Drain well. Add spaghetti sauce and heat well. In greased 9 x 13 pan, place layer of noodles, 1/3 meat mixture, layer of 1 cup cottage cheese. Repeat again from dry noodle layer. You will have 2 layers.

Combine the water and red wine (or all water) and carefully pour even amounts in each corner. Cover tightly with foil. Place in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven, put mozzarella cheese on top and put back in oven for just a minute or two. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
