COLD CUCUMBER SOUP 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. cucumber, peeled and cubed with seeds
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
6 dashes Tabasco
6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. celery seed (or more)
1/8 tsp. curry powder (or more)
1 tbsp. chopped mint

Put all (except seasonings) in blender. Blend until smooth. Add seasonings and blend. Season to taste. Chill 2 hours. Serve in chilled cups.
