COLD CUCUMBER - AVOCADO SOUP 
1 lg. cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 avocado, peeled and washed
2 green onions, chopped
1 c. chicken stock
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients and blend 10 to 15 seconds or until smooth in blender or food processor. Chill. Sprinkle each serving with paprika. Serve with cheese straws.
