MAMA'S SWEET POTATO CRISP 
1 large can sweet potatoes, drained
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 stick butter

Mix potatoes, eggs, sugar, 3/4 stick butter, milk and cinnamon. Put into greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix cornflakes, brown sugar and nuts. Spread on casserole. Cut up 3/4 stick butter over topping.

Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
