GREAT APPLE CRISP 
Topping:

1 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter (softened)

Mix topping mixture together till crumbly. Put apple mixture in 9-1/2 x 13-inch buttered pan. Top with topping mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F. Insert knife to make sure apples are done. Put under broiler to brown top more.

Bottom Part:

1 c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 handful flour

Mix apples with other ingredients and chill for 1-1/2 hours.
