BAKED STUFFED SCALLOPS 
1 1/2 lbs. scallops, cut in half if too lg.
1 stick butter
1 c. Ritz crackers, rolled to crumbs
1 c. plain or seasoned bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Melt butter in saucepan; mix crackers and bread crumbs; add to melted butter. Fold in scallops. Place in ungreased 4 quart casserole. Pour 1/2 pint heavy cream on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden.
