BAKED STUFFED SCALLOP CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. fresh scallops 2 c. bread crumbs 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 c. melted butter 1/4 c. salad oil 1/2 c. water Wash scallops lightly in cold water. Set in 8 inch pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients well. Pour on top of scallops. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
